The location is great for Mountain View, with plenty of restaurants nearby and only about a 10-minute walk to Castro Street.
The entire staff and crew are excellent. Always helpful & friendly. The morning breakfast choices are wonderful because they allow for items you can also save for later in the day if you’re working from the hotel. Whole fruits and yogurts and reheat-able breakfast sandwiches.
iT WAS FINE ONCE WE GOT THERE’
Loved the Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge in the room. It was so easy to be comfortable and enjoy our stay knowing we could utilize those options in the morning. The Dish cable was a huge surprise and much appreciated.

The morning/day time representative at the desk was phenomenal - he remedied a situation that we had with very inconsiderate upstairs neighbors the first night of our two night stay.
The stay met our expectations. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was packaged but good. We made use of the Tesla charger, which was a big plus.
I like the location, the beds and the bedding.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating for requests such as early check-in and scheduling for room cleanings.
Location is great for convenience, many restaurants and convenience store nearby. EV chargers and breakfast are available. The manager Oscar and his associate were very hospitable and accommodating because of my last minute travel plan change due to weather.
